Cheerleader Ainslee Bailey is a Senior at El Reno High School and she has been raising those pom poms or 4 years there. Although she is passionate about cheer, she is most proud about being inducted into the National Honor Society.
Ainslee knows she is learning things she can apply to her life in Cheer that will keep her on the path to success. Things like not being so concerned with the approval of others and the freedom to be her authentic self. She also gleaned so much from her Leadership teacher, Ms. Jennifer Hardaway, a positive reinforcement during tough times.
Courage and kindness always catches Ainslee’s eye and she saw it first hand in her host sister, Flaminia Starna, a foreign exchange student form Italy.
Representing El Reno High is a big deal for Ainslee and she takes it seriously. She loves the opportunity to set a great example for future athletes and she is mindful that younger students are watching her lead. She hopes to always make a positive impression and she is involved in EHS Leadership Class. Ainslee tries to always “focus on the good so the good gets better.”
Big “High Fives” from Ainslee to her amazing parents and instructors who have gone above and beyond for her, she knows they have helped her become who she is….and she is grateful.
