Q&A with El Reno’s Antawan Grayson
VYPE: Antawan, what grade are you in and what position are you playing on the El Reno football team?
Antawan Grayson: I’m a junior and I play running back.
VYPE: What were your expectations coming into the season?
AG: For me and my team to play to the best of our abilities and get as many wins as we can.
VYPE: What do you love most about your team and teammates at El Reno?
AG: The teamwork and the bond that we all share together.
VYPE: Who inspires you?
AG: My momma, because she has always been there for me since day one and has always been somebody who I could look up to.
VYPE: Do you have a favorite subject in school or a favorite teacher?
AG: Math because I’m good with numbers. Mrs. Jordan.
VYPE: Are you involved with any clubs or groups at school?
AG: Not now. I am focused on my classroom work and football.
VYPE: What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
AG: I enjoy spending time with friends and family.
VYPE: Which teammate is the most vocal and who keeps everyone laughing?
AG: The most vocal is Brad Palmer and Jaydon Steele keeps everyone laughing.
VYPE: What would you like to do after you graduate?
AG: Continue to play football.
