MUSTANG LADY BRONCOS
Coach: KATIE BASS
2024-25 Record: 25-6
OUTLOOK
The Mustang Lady Broncos enter the season with unfinished business after reaching the state championship game. Head coach Katie Bass leads a roster filled with returning stars proven underclass contributors and one of the most promising freshman groups in Oklahoma. With athleticism depth and experience at every position Mustang is positioned to remain a top contender in class six A.
Senior guard Mya Alston (6-0) is the engine of the program and a Quinnipiac commit. She sits within reach of the 1,000-point milestone after already breaking the school single season scoring record. Alston can score from anywhere defend the length of the floor and serve as the emotional leader of the team. Junior guard Lovely Haywood (5-7) returns as the team defensive stopper and a vital member of the rotation after leading the team in steals a season ago. Both are Top 100 selectees.
Sophomore post Adriana Brown (6-2) brings needed interior scoring and physicality while freshman post Sionna Williams (6-1) has already developed a reputation as one of the most promising young bigs in the state. Her combination of length skill and touch gives Mustang a future star. Freshman guard Ajanae Lumpkin (5-7) adds creativity and speed to the backcourt and has already shown the ability to control tempo and attack gaps in the defense.
Other players to watch include Rodryana Boykins (5-7, Sr.) at guard, Scarlett Allison (5-7, Jr.) at shooting guard and Ehryana Boykins (5-8, Sr.) at forward.
