
VYPE: What has been the best moment of your golf career so far?
Amanda: The highlight of my career was my first eagle. I holed it out from 70 yards.
VYPE: Who is a member of your team that flies under the radar or does not get the recognition they deserve?
Amanda: The least appreciated member of the team is coach Morison. He always has a positive attitude.
VYPE: Out of all the players you go up against in the tournaments, who is one that you enjoy getting a better score than?
Amanda: The opponent I enjoy beating the most is myself. I always aim to beat my last score.
VYPE: What does it mean to you to be able to represent your school on the golf course?
Amanda: It means a lot to represent my school in a positive way it motivates me to hold my head up high.
VYPE: What has it taken for you to get to where you are today?
Amanda: I have sacrificed much of my free time to be successful.
VYPE: Who do you enjoy working against in practice?
Amanda: Haley Whitern is my favorite practice buddy.
VYPE: Who is someone that you look up?
Amanda: My dad is a large role model because he rose from poverty to being a successful pharmacist.
VYPE: Who is your favorite teacher?
Amanda: Mrs. Harpam, my AP calculus teacher, because she actually cares about her students.
VYPE: When you are not golfing or practicing, what do you enjoy doing?
Amanda: My main hobby is cooking.
